Instruction of the menu
We go into the menu (long press of the encoder), scroll through the menu to the last, 5th item and press the encoder. Now let's go through the menu items : System setting
There are several menu items: 1. Temp. limit - maximum temperature of the soldering iron
2. Compensate - temperature compensation with reference to the ambient temperature.
3. Step config - a step with which you can change the temperature from the front panel in operating mode.
4. Temp. boost - here I don't really understand, but apparently this is a step with which the controller gives heating to the sting.
5. Comm. error - error report.
6. Currenlimit - current limitation on the sting, does not give the sting and the power supply unit to fail in emergency modes.
7. Bat protect - in principle, the station itself can be powered from the battery, and with this menu item we will protect the battery from overdischarge by setting here the minimum voltage at which it is allowed to consume current from the battery.
8. Warn. tone - a sound signal, the sound is not at all loud and not annoying, I left it in my station, but I have a separate room for my workshop, and if someone works late in the evenings in the apartment, so as not to annoy your beloved family, you can turn it off.
9. Reset all - Reset all settings to factory defaults, including, of course, the language to Chinese. But we are no longer afraid, we know where to find English. By the way, I have not seen firmware with the Russian language, perhaps I have not seen it, but they exist.
Time setting
1. Sleep time - the time after which the station will go into sleep mode, provided there is no activity, there is a vibration sensor in the handle, which monitors someone working with a soldering iron or just lying around and heats the air.
2. Shotdn time - the time after which the station will turn off altogether, provided there is no activity.
3. Temp. boost
4. System time - current time and date displayed on the front panel in operating mode.
