This map update is ONLY compatible with the Uconnect 8.4AN Navigation System.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

The latest Chrysler navigation update provides enhanced routing accuracy throughout the United States and Canada.

New Features:
In addition to the latest map data, the Chrysler VP4 navigation system map update also includes the following premium features

• 3D Models of Prominent Landmarks make it easier to orient yourself and find your destination via photorealistic representations of historic buildings, tourist attractions, transportation hubs, and more
• 3D City Models cover entire areas within a city, including roads, parks, rivers, and textured buildings 
• Point Addressing provides “to the door” arrival accuracy
• Traffic Patterns feature uses historical average speed data to improve alternate routing options and arrival time estimates

NOTES

-Before purchasing - make sure you have an 8.4" RA4/VP4 Navigation system or you will receive the wrong map update product and could damage your system

-During installation - use the Request code displayed on the radio AFTER you insert the USB with map.
 DO NOT use the request code that is displayed on the System Information screen.

Manual: 

1 . Prepare laptop (PC) and 8 GB or 16 GB USB flash drive (formatted as FAT32).

2. Download the link with the map that you will receive in message (after purchase and payment). Once downloaded, unzip it to your computer/laptop using WinRar and copy the contents from the folder to 8 or 16 GB USB stick.

3. Insert the USB key with the new maps loaded in the USB port of your car, select the "Update" option and the system will show a screen requesting the activation code.

4. You have to take picture of that screen, send it to us and we send you the map unlock PIN code. (You can then remove USB and use car as normal, while you are waiting for the code to activate update.)

5. When you receive activation code, enter it in your device. (If you take the pendrive out of your car while waiting for the code, put it back in the car and enter the code you received.

Note: If you take out the pendrive with the map and turn it on again, the request code may be different from the request code sent to us earlier, but it doesn't matter - the activation code will still work).

 Do not turn off the ignition or change the ignition status until the update is complete
