This is a silver menu from Hannah's Cafe in Chicago, Illinois. Across the bottom it says "Our ceiling prices are in conformance with the Emergency Price Control Act of 1946." So it is a World War Two era menu. Coffee is five cents a cup and most entrees are under a dollar. You can get one pork chop for twenty cents. Folded the menu is 10" by 6 & 1/2" with extremely minor wear.
