You are looking at a MORDAUNT SHORT MS series rubber 100 mm tweeter flange waveguide.

 

Measures 100 mm diameter with a 42 mm opening for the tweeter diaphram. 7 mm thick at the outer edge.

These often fall off and go missing.

These tweeter flanges are universal to all the Mordaunt short MS speakers from bookshelf to floorstanding fitted with this tweeter / waveguide.
