Returns are accepted up to 14 days of receiving the item, any problems please contact us, and we will ensure to deal efficiently.
Buyer is responsible for return postage.

UK Customers: We dispatch orders as standard using a FREE "Royal Mail 48" service (with a 3 working day delivery aim), if you would like a more urgent delivery we offer a Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service with a 1 working day delivery aim. Please note these delivery times are “estimates” only. If your item has not arrived, please allow the following times before you contact us to report your item as missing.
Royal Mail 24 Tracked: 5 working days
Royal Mail 48: 10 working days

European & Worldwide Customers: As standard we dispatch all our orders via "Royal Mail International Standard" service however We would advise to all customers to purchase "Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed" at an additional cost to ensure they can track their items. Please note the delivery times stated by Royal Mail are “estimates” only, although most orders will be delivered within these estimated times, please allow 5 weeks before contacting us to report a lost item.
