Any items damaged in transit must be
notified to the Company within 24 hours of signing for goods in order that
investigations can commence with the courier responsible for the delivery. If
any item is damaged then DON?T sign for it, don?t let courier rush you. If
necessary mark on the paper work ?item not checked? and get in touch with us
straight away, failure to do so will make it near impossible to carry out a
claim. It?s your responsibility to check the goods!!
PAYMENT
We prefer PayPal but we will also
accept DEBIT card, and cash if you want to collect.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring
that the item is correct for their vehicle - refunds not given for incorrect
items - If in doubt please ask. Any parts ordered in error are subject to 20%
handling charge. Like all internet sites all return postage will be at the buyer?s
expense and we recommend you send the item via a traceable method, as we cannot
be held responsible for items lost in transit.

number to help courier or any problems/delays.
POSTAGE
If cleared payment is received before
1.00 I will endeavour to have the item posted same day for next day delivery
although this is not a guaranteed service. If a Saturday delivery is
required a surcharge cost of £16 will be added to your total. Again contact me so I
can arrange this.
Up to 2 attempts will be made in most cases then
you will have to collect your item from the local depot. You will need to take
ID when you arrange to collect the item.
Postage is to UK mainland only and
excludes the following postcodes. Unless you are using the global shipping
programme, if
you do buy and your postcode is on this list then a surcharge will need to be
paid on your approval, contact me to arrange the surcharge on your
invoice.

satisfaction. I will only leave positive feedback once received this way I know
you are happy with your order. I am a reasonable seller and will do all I can
to help you but you must meet me halfway and do what you can to make sure parts
are correct when ordering.
RETURNS
Whilst every effort is made to ensure
that parts are dispatched in good working order, problems and faults
do occasionally occur. In this instance we will Endeavour to replace a faulty
part. If this is not possible then a refund will be provided. However, we may
request that the faulty part be returned to us for inspection. If this is the
case then a return postage value limit will be agreed and refunded. However,
the buyer will be liable for return postage charges on items incorrectly
ordered and in this instance refunds will be made at the discretion of the
Company.
RETURNS Under the distance
selling regulations, you are entitled to return your item for a refund. This
means you need to notify us within 14 days then have a further 14 days to have
it returned. If a return is necessary
please contact us in advance so we are aware of the return. We would kindly ask
that all returns are in the original packaging, in the condition in which they
were received and includes your original sales invoice. Please include your
EBay User ID and a contact telephone number to ensure a swift refund process.
All returns will be inspected upon receipt, and it?s your responsibility to
ensure it arrives safe and undamaged. Return postage will be at the buyer?s
expense and we recommend you send the item via a traceable method, as we cannot
be held responsible for items lost in transit. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
RECEIVED Any items sent incorrectly or received damaged should be reported on
receipt. We will offer a replacement item where possible or refund as soon as
the item is received by us. NO claims will be offered on body panels or
