Condition: This
is in very good condition for its age. I did find 2 small chips (see photo) on
the inner rim one on each side. It is not noticeable until you turn the lid
upside down. The gold has darkened and shows some wear. There is a small chip
on the one side of the beak that I didn’t notice until I was looking under a
power full magnifying glass. It is not on the tip of the beak. I want you to
know the true condition; most sellers would call this excellent condition. This
is from the estate of my Great Aunt. It was in the china cabinet for years. Please
look at the photos to see how beautiful this is.
