Rare Pair of Original TOWNSEND Antique Aesthetic Movement Ceramic Scarab Beetle and Brass Cast Candlesticks set on bun feet. Marked to base with "Townsend" and "Reg design No 092375" (1888). Good weight cast filigree work. Cleaned and polished. Minor repair to bottom of one scarab, otherwise in good overall condition commensurate with age and use (see photos).
