Handmade signed cobalt blue glass with gold leaf and clear glass handles.  Purchased at a Dallas antiques store in the 1990s.  Art glass signed on base.  Please see all photographs for the condition, the fine details and the signature on the base.  This piece is of fine quality crystal with gold leaf and dust applied on the exterior.  Measures: 4” at the widest part by 3” tall.  Please see my other listing with a similar handmade blue and gold bowl signed by the same artist.
