Craig's Affordable Tools return policy allows customers 30 days from the date of delivery to return any product for a full refund or exact product replacement. All return shipping charges will be paid for by the buyer assuming the item is in 100% new sellable condition and in original packaging. Craig's Affordable Tools cannot accept returns for any reason after 30 days from the date of delivery. Please message us on eBay before returning an item to receive an RGA number. Please clearly write the RGA# on the outside of the box so we can quickly process your return.
