A stunning and impressive vintage sapphire and diamond ring with mystery set sapphires (a style of setting first developed by French fine jewellery house Van Cleef and Arpels)
Designed with a 3x3 grid of fine vivid blue princess cut sapphires to the centre with 4 graduated princess cut sapphires to each side. Sapphires are approx. 2.50 total carat with top colour quality and excellent clarity. Fine quality sapphires.
The sapphires are surrounded by a total of 62 natural VS grade, E/F colour round brilliant cut diamonds to total approx. 1.3 carats.
20mm spread of stones. 12.5mm wide band to front.
The piece is extremely well made with top quality stones, setting and finish.

Faint French Eagle hallmark on the outside of the band.
Ring size UK K - US 5.5 - EU 50. A sizing band is fitted on the inside. Which our craftsman can remove so resizing possible.
