This is a lot of Lucas Films Lord of the Rings Tonka Figures.  The bases are metal and say Tonka.  1988 Lucas Film Ltd.  Nice figures. Range from 2 1/4 inches tall to 3 1/4 inches tall.  Some bases with minor scratch wear.  Figures are plastic.
