Four are in white boxes and four in gray boxes. They all say M.J. Hummel, Annual Bell, give the year and in bas-relief and the Edition number, e.g Fourth Edition, just in various location on the boxes. 

The boxes, as you can see in the pictures, have some wear. Only 1 bell has a pamphlet with a description on the history of the bells. The packaging in the box is not all original, i.e. some have tissue paper or bubble wrap to protect the bell in it's cardboard holder.

Inside the bells says they are handcrafted in W. Germany and gives the year and a signature with the 1992 bell stating it is the final one in series 1978 - 1992.
