I have a women's size 2 wind/rain jacket from Tribal. It is a hot pink color. This jacket is full zip to the top of the collar with a drawstring tie there also.
It also has two zippered pockets in front and an added one on the left sleeve.
The roll up sleeves have a button tab close or for wearing them long sleeve, the cuffs button up also.
It is 98% Cotton and 2% Spandex Machine wash cold, delicate; line dry.

Center Front:(bottom of collar to hem): 23.5 inches (to hem, not the bottom of the zipper)
Side Seam: 14 inches
Pit to Pit:18.5 inches
