This listing is for 5 Sets of pre-built Alnico 3 flat pole Strat bobbins. This means you get 5 bridges and 5 necks. Each kit includes everything in the photo, nothing more, nothing less. We don't charge magnets prior.

Long before we were a household name in the the session and touring guitarist scene, we provided parts and logistic support to many other pickup makers, guitar manufacturers and luthiers. One of our main tasks was bobbin building for a few of the most prolific brands.

These bobbins are built with two main objectives:

1. Ready to wind out of the box.

2. Built to stand the test of time.

The flatwork is precisely cut so the magnets fit very tightly, then we use high performance glue to to firmly secure to flatwork to the magnets, then we lacquer the bobbins to seal everything as provide extra rigidity. After that tape is applied to the magnets to avoid child shorts in the future. 

This set was made for one of our previous clients that didn't fulfill the last portion of our contract. These Alnico 5 magnets are terrific, but they were not made for anything in the Tone Specific product line,
