Condition is used. Removed many years ago and in indoor storage since removed. No cracks or sun damage, but there are two small indentations in the plastic/rubber wheel. (See close up pictures.) Also, the horn button is somewhat discolored/stained in spots. (See close up pictures.) May clean up better with more cleaner and vinyl protectants.

Has cruise controls but is not equipped with radio controls.
