This is the Better Bite Stick.  Like the Tooth Slooth, but so much better! 

I have used the original Tooth Slooth for years and felt that the single tip that could be used in the fossa or on a cusp tip was just "ok" at both tasks.  The device would slide around a lot when I would use it.  So, I came up with this solution!  The fossa end has a rounded point which sits in the pit and fissures nicely, while the cupped end grabs the cusp tips securely, so it won't slip when you have your patient "squeeze and release" to check for fractures.  

It also doubles as a secure crown seater and yes, it is AUTOCLAVABLE.
