In very good condition . I see one tiny little spot on the collar that I have pointed out in the photos. It is nicely trimmed in gold on the collar and cuffs . 

The robe / dress measures approx. 21 inches under the sleeves and approx. 40 inches from the shoulder to the hem.

I just purchased it from a local estate sale and the lady told me her brother brought it back from VietNam when he was serving in the war . My wife is Vietnamese and she says it is Chinese and probably purchased in Cho Lon which is the Chinese district in Saigon .

You will see my wife modeling it for me . She is approx. 5'2" and 125 pounds . It is big on her .
