Hello, this kit is two bases with 3m tape applied and one plastic rod to complete the arc. You need to supply your own LED strip  and cable tie it on or glue 3m tape it to the rod.

I personally use cable ties

The bases come in black, message me if you would like a different color.

The rod is flat ~ 1 inch wide and white
