Some items have a wide range of price, others do not.

Shipping Terms

United States and Overseas shipping, is available, on ALL items

Items purchased between 4 pm Friday night to 9 am Monday (all weekend) will be shipped Monday.

My area does not have reliable Saturday/Sunday/Holiday package pick-up,

Do NOT depend on items, being shipped on Saturday/Sunday/Holidays.

Items purchased on US legal holidays, are shipped the next business day.

Combined shipping rate is available for most items.

You MUST ASK for amended shipping, for multi-item shipments.

I do NOT hold items. You must buy all items the same day.

A revised invoice is required on multiple items.

DO NOT pay the 1^st e-bay invoice, if you want amended shipping rates.

Excess shipping charges will NOT be refunded.

I do random address verification. If your address cannot be verified using

Google, Bing, Yahoo, USPS, Fed Ex, UPS, or third party delivery company;

The e-bay purchased item, COULD be refunded as bad address.

Attempts to rebid on item after you have been refunded, MAY result in your account being blocked.

Items sent to Prisons, Jails, Retirement homes, apartment complexes, post office boxes,

Private or public - screened mail locations, UPS Stores/Fed-Ex Stores/USPS contracted addresses;

Purchases for items that are returned for address related problem;

Will NOT be refunded, and will NOT be reshipped.

Items sent to commercial businesses addresses on e-bay accounts;

That cannot be verified, as belonging to the owner of the business,

WILL BE CANCELLED. Your account will also be reported to E-bay for FRAUD.

Commercial address, on personal accounts is NOT allowed by E-bay.

If you are in a US Territory, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO address, USPS Priority Mail is recommended.

Items shipped Media mail, USPS Ground, or Parcel Post: to these areas, expect VERY extended delivery times. 

This shipping time, can be up to 4 to 10 weeks in most cases.

All items are shipped, within 24 hours of receiving payment – 98.5% are shipped USPS.

Overseas shipments are usually shipped using E-bay’s shipping company.

EBay’s delivery company varies depending on country, and delivery times are NOT guaranteed.

Some items take a few days to be delivered, some shipments take months, to be delivered.

You will see the tracking number, within 24 hours of payment.

All Items are scanned, by local post office.

If tracking does not show up in 24 hours, it is either a weekend, or a US holiday.

Please check tracking the next business day.

Due to significant increase in shipping charges,

No items will have free shipping, under ANY circumstances.

Overseas – Outside of the USA - Shipping RULES !!!!!:

If your country does NOT have “In country” tracking –

Your purchase will be refunded for not having a valid address.

This applies to ALL countries that are RED Flagged in the USPS/E-bay/PayPal shipping system.

If you do NOT pay for USPS Priority Mail shipping, the item will NOT be insured.

If it is damaged in shipping, and you did NOT pay for shipping

that includes insurance, I do NOT pay for damages.

You MUST return the item, you bought for a refund.

I do NOT pay return shipping, on overseas shipped items, under ANY circumstances.

Payment Terms

Payment is expected IMMEDIATELY!!!!

Absolutely NO excuses or exceptions.

You DO NOT have 5 days to pay for your item.

No payment in 36 hours non-paying bidder complaint - will be filed, No exceptions.

I DO NOT lower prices after purchase

All requests for lowering price, after purchase, will be ignored.

ALL requests for lower shipping rates will be ignored – I do NOT set shipping rates.

99% of items do NOT have free shipping. Do NOT ask for free shipping.

I DO NOT respond to e-mails - asking for lowest price.

You MUST bid, or make an offer - on the item within the ad.

NOTHING will be sold OFF e-bay – do NOT ask.

Return Terms – created due to the 3.5% problem customers

You have 2 options on returns

1)      Keep item – No refund 2) Return item for Refund

Complaining about item, and sending tons of emails, is NOT an option.

Any buyer sending over 6 e-mails/chat messages – before/after purchase, will be blocked FOREVER.

No exceptions …. 6+ e-mails – for ANY reason - you are blocked FOREVER

Refunds for modifications to your item (paint/cutting/resizing),

And payment of cleaning fees, are NOT options for refunds.

Returns based on incorrect artwork on package, due to manufacture issue/eBay listing issue – are NOT returnable.

Returns are simple as possible; just return the item, if you do not like/want it.

No Partial refunds – No exceptions.

Absolutely No refunds, without returning item, no advance refunds.

No partial refunds under ANY circumstances. Refund is for item price ONLY

And does NOT include shipping.

All items are covered under 14 day e-bay return policy.

You may return the item, within 14 days for any reason,

Buyer MUST pay return shipping (no free return shipping).

Original shipping fees, and return shipping fees, are NOT refundable, under ANY conditions.

 Items CAN be returned, up to 30 days, if the return is reasonable.

Items purchased by International buyers (any buyer outside, USA Zip codes) – are NOT returnable.

EBay shipping, USPS, DHL, UPS, and Fed Ex will NOT generate an International return label.

EBay will NOT pay return shipping on international orders.

VERY IMPORTANT

You MUST notify me, BEFORE you return an item.

No notification, AND NO Valid Tracking number, NO refund.

You MUST return the item, for a refund NO exceptions.

If an item is returned, for ANY reason,

The buyer MUST pay return shipping.

There is an option, to get free return shipping;

E-mail me, for detailed return instructions.

NO refund will be processed, until the item is returned,

And must be delivered to my address, in the same condition, it was sold.

 E-bay policy states 50% automatic discount for returns

That are used, destroyed, worn, or damaged in any way.

You destroy the item, and attempt to return it;

you get 50% of original price refund.

Shipping is NOT refundable.
