The book is in good used condition which has signs of wear to the front and back cover. There is minor writing on the inside cover and light pencil lines on pages 212 and 213. see photos. There is an old receipt that was left inside the book that has left some staining to 2 pages but most of the pages are clean. The spine and binding are good.
