The Steel Tec series of toys were exciting because they inspired kits to build something using real metal parts. The toys were sturdy and well constructed due to the nature of the items being made from real metal. The kit includes all 79x pieces you need to build the kit as pictured on the front of the box, but some assembly is required and you might need additional tools to put the kit together.
This set was manufactured and sold way back in 1993, and was purchased for me as a boy. Unfortunately the box was put in storage and forgotten about so I never had the chance to assemble the kit. As I don't personally have nostalgia for this series having not experienced it as a kid, I am hoping to sell it here to a collector or enthusiast so that they can enjoy this harder-to-find vintage toy product. The box is in pretty good condition, but does have some bent corners and aging on the packaging from being in storage for so long. Still, the colors are pretty vibrant, and the package shows no signs of ever being opened or incomplete. The instructions for this product are in the English language.
Please note that the package has an original KBToys price sticker on the front right top corner of the packaging that has an old price sticker from 1993 on it. I have left the sticker on because I fear removing the sticker could further damage the packaging, and also because KB-Toys is no longer around as a retailer it sort of adds to the nostalgia of the item. In the product photos I have redacted this price sticker to avoid confusion about the sales price of this item. Thank you for your understanding.
This kit will ship in its original box as pictured, and will SHIP FOR FREE to anywhere in the United States of America! The box will be wrapped in a thin layer of protective packing paper and further secured inside of a fitted cardboard box. The box will ship via the USPS Ground Advantage shipping service and will include a tracking number so that you can follow the status of your order as it travels to your selected shipping destination.I am NOT able to ship this order internationally at this time. Please do not purchase this item if you are located outside of the USA. My apologies for any inconvenience.
