Made from 316 Marine Grade Stainless Steel to prevent corrosion,

304 stainless is not recommended for external use especially near any coastal areas

What's the difference between 304 and 316 stainless steel?

The simple answer is 304 contains 18% chromium and 8% nickel while 316 contains 16% chromium,

10% nickel and 2% molybdenum, the molybdenum is added to help the 316 grade handles resist corrosion to chlorides (like sea water and de-icing salts etc)

Suitable for use with glass, timber, aluminium and composite doors domestic or commercial use 

Suitable for both left and right handed doors, open in or open out

Supplied with fixings for through-fixed installation
