10x Meat Screw Rigs from Flynscotsman Tackle

Important: If ordering, please let us know in a message your chosen hook size barbless or micro barbed, and also your chosen line type and the strength, you can see all options below. This is because we offer so many options to customers that we cannot fit them all in the traditional way on the drop down menus.

Instead of the bait going on the hook the Bait is screwed onto the meat screw which is on a hair. Choose from small, Large, or XL Meat Screws that way you can use the size of bait you like and still keep the screw concealed in the bait. See detail photos for size of the meat screws.

Our Meat Screw Rigs include either a loop or

swivel for ease of connection to your main line. At the business end, they have

a very strong, Teflon coated hook available barbed and barbless in sizes 2, 4, 6, 8, 10.

Our rigs can be made with monofilament or braid and are approximately 8”

in length.  If you would like a variation

not offered in the drop-down menus, then please get in touch and we will try

and accommodate changes for you.

About the Meat Screws:

Ideal for Luncheon meat, Cat food, Paste, Floating crust, & Soft particles, with the XL ones being more suited to pastes, and Luncheon meat/Similar large meats and baits.

Hook Sizes:

Options are size 2,4,6,8,10 barbless or barbed. Please see attached picture for reference. We also have curved hooks for all if you'd rather, just ask for them and I can provide.
