*Lights were working when I first pulled it out to sell, but after taking pictures, I checked again before putting it back in the box, and couldn’t get it to work??

Bottom line is I can’t say it works, but by the time it’s shipped and you get it… it may be working, or you may be more mechanically inclined than I am to get the lights to come on.

All parts required are intact, and everything looks like it’s brand new…???
