We are pleased to be offering today this beautiful Victorian renaissance incise carved burl walnut mantle mirror dating from the 1880s in original wonderful condition. It is gorgeous with a heavy carved crest, burl walnut accent trim around the perimeter of the looking glass, applied rosettes and buttons. The overall size is 63 inches wide by 75 inches tall. The looking glass is in wonderful condition. I would assume it had been replaced except that there is a spot on the bottom showing some minor silver loss. The original finish is intact as a medium walnut stain. There is a presentation plaque that can be seen in the photos. It is a great mirror for a mantle or as a wonderful accent to your room.
