OK, let's talk about extra wide fabric, particularly 108 inches wide. These fabrics are always touted for no-piece quilt backs and while they are perfect for that there are a lot more things they can be used for.

     First and foremost this is FABRIC, just plain, 100% cotton FABRIC, like we use for everything else we do, piecing, borders, bindings, bags, clothing, curtains, wall hangings; and (I actually did the math)1-1/4 yards is exactly equal to 3 yards of 45 inch wide fabric which comes to about 6.65 per yard. They can also be instant, wholecloth quilts,  just back, batt, quilt, bind and gloat.
