I am the original owner of these phones and purchased directly from Boost Mobile. They were never activated or used on their network, so I cannot guarantee their ability to be used with a sim card.  I used them to play a mobile phone game without a sim card via a WiFi connection. They are in very good condition with a screen protector and case used from day one.  No nicks, dings or scratches. Could almost pass for new. Each phone will include a preinstalled screen protector, clear case, original box and packaging, and AC wall adapter. USB C cables NOT included. Batteries still hold a great charge and no screen burn.
