Shipping is free within USA and $15 worldwide via USPS first class mail service. It will be mailed as pictured without any accessories. 

Lens has been used, but it is in good condition. I don't see any scratches. Glass is free of fungus or haze. It has couple tiny dust specs inside. Glass looks very nice over all. This lens is fully operational and function as intended.
