This is a 1970 Gibson SG Junior with a walnut finish and a short Maestro Vibrola tailpiece. Originally introduced in the early 60s as a student version of the SG, it is simple in its design and features, but has no shortage of tone, playability, and personality.

This one sports a rare body-color-matched headstock with silver logo which was only produced for about a year. Its neck has a chunky '50s-style profile that feels great in the hand. All its electronics are original, including its killer-sounding dogear P-90, and its tuners are later Gibson tuners.

It's in great shape with nicks and dings here and there. This guitar is lightweight (6 lbs, 10 oz), but sounds big and bold, and its Vibrola works perfectly. It's super comfortable to play and looks awesome.

It has been professionally setup and comes with a Gator hardshell case (one damaged latch).
