AKRO Agate Child TOY Teacup GREEN MARBLED MILK Glass Cup Plate Ribbed Pattern.  Cup is 2" tall with ribbed design at top, with solid handle.  Plate is 3.25" in Diameter and is less marbled than cup and may be a different manufacturer.  Cup has a rough glass base apparently from manufacture.
