USA, circa 1875. It has a Mahogany Rosewood Case with Octagon Top and Reverse Painted Glass "Angel Cherubs" Lower Tablet. The Original Seth Thomas Maker's Label is Inside. The Dial is the Original Painted Tin Dial with Roman Numerals, and Some Loss. It has a Seth Thomas Large 'Lyre Style' Brass Mechanical 8 Day "Time and Strike" Key Wound Movement with Cathedral Coil Spring Gong Chime That Strikes Correctly. The Movement is Very Clean, and is signed "S. Thomas Thomaston Conn". There are 2 Winding Arbors, and It includes a Winding Key and Brass Bob Adjustable Pendulum. The Clock measures approx. 14 3/4" Tall x 9 1/2" Wide x 3 3/4" Deep. The Clock is in Working Condition and Winds and Sets and Strikes Correctly! It has Not Been Serviced, Sold As Found!
