The Starlight Liner is 4 times the size of some of her newer formulas (.04 oz. / .01 oz.) but still in the price range of the smaller pencils. So easy to apply. You have about 60 seconds to smudge before liner sets and stays until you take it off. This pencil is NOT self-sharpening and requires a sharpener. Sharpener is included.
