This inline preamplifier is intended to be used with dynamic microphones or ribbon microphones.Takes 24-48V of phantom power to produce up to 27dB of clean gain.
Does not color the sound of the microphone, thanks to the high input impedance.
The phantom power is not passed through to the microphone, so it is safe to use with ribbon mics, but cannot be used with condenser microphones.
Can be plugged directly into a microphone or interface, no need for an additional cable.
