This is an original acrylic oil on canvas by artist Fernando Diaz.  It is a large painting of a still life of flowers in a vase.   It is signed in the lower right and is mounted in a solid wood ornate gilt frame.  Colors are yellow and orange on a large bouquet of flower heads.  The flowers are done in a heavy raised design and they are in a high relief against the flat canvas. 

The canvas is 20" wide and 24" high

 The gold frame is 28 1/2" wide and 32 1/2"

Good condition.

There is some damage on the frame. Please see pictures.
