This is a great set that provides the builder with some background, tips, and fun facts as they build. The set comes in the form of a hardcover book published by DK with licensing from Lego. The inside front cover has a box where you store the pieces and has the inventory in full view. Next you will have page after page of different options for builds. Each theme has a build for Bobby Buoy (the good guy) and a build for Manta Warrior (the villain)

There were 2 additional themes online but I don't think those are available anymore. This book is from 2010. Therefore, there are instructions for 10 models, not 14 like the book cover says.
Complete set. Billy's Buoy's face is 2 sided; one for when he's feeling confident and one for when he's nervous. The nervous side has some scuffing at the mouth.
