Any small defects on the cup come as is and is not eligible for return or refund. This item is new from the factory never been opened or used.

If you wish to return this item you must ship the cup and sticker back. If the factory sealed bag is opened the item cannot be returned as the item is no longer NEW and is now USED causing a drop in value. If there is any damage to the cup that was not there when shipped and is not a fault of the shipping process then the item cannot be returned. If the box comes heavily damaged please take pictures of the box before opening. Sticker damage does not constitute for a refund as the sticker is a bonus gift add on.
