Nice antique heat grate wall register, with a nice decorative Arts & Crafts pattern. The back is a flip cover. The back cover does function as it should. The register is made of steel with a stamped metal back cover.  This register is in a scratched and scuffed black finish with surface rust on the back cover. The Manufacturer is unknown, as it is unmarked. The register is complete without any breaks. The cover is missing 2 screws.  Overall, in good, salvaged condition.
