We are qualified Auto-Electricians running a FULL AUTO ELECTRICAL SERVICE from - Corsham, Wiltshire; we can offer sound honest advice on email or telephone and are not a pop up EBAY shop here one minute gone the next.

*** Please send BCM Part Number and a Picture of the ID Sticker on the front of your unit before purchasing this Service via a eBay message, we need to confirm we are able to carry out the Clone on your unit before proceeding ***

You are required to send the Original BCM along with a replacement, a full clone will be carried out and the unit will be plug and play when you receive it back.

How to use the service:

1. Buy the service on eBay

2. Remove the BCM from the car and box it up with the Donor popping the eBay invoice inside making sure it has a return address.

3. You will receive a eBay message from us within 30mins containing postage address and support contact number.

4. Post it to us ( if you need it back asap post using Royal Mail Special Delivery and select Special Delivery at Checkout)

AFTER REPAIR WE WILL POST IT BACK SAME DAY ( if received before 2 pm) BY ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY Next day guaranteed or Tracked 24, fully insured up to £500.00 pounds.

If no postage is selected at checkout it will be sent out same day via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Enclose a note with your buyer ID or eBay order number.

Programming will not be required after repair, all coding is retained during test and rebuild meaning that the unit is plug and play when you receive it back from us.

Warranty: 1 year (12months)

By purchasing this Service we assume you have had your Vehicle Diagnosed correctly and confident this part is at fault, we cannot accept any liability if you purchase the Service and it does not cure your problem.

Shipping is offered exclusively via Royal Mail Tracked24 included in price or Special Delivery by 1PM at extra cost.

Returns

Returns accepted within 30days only - if you believe we have not corrected your issue or ECU has not cloned correctly you will need to send it back into us for investigation.

If you are not happy with our Service and would like a refund then please send us back the Original Parts we worked on within 30days - original software will be put back as it was before we started working with it and the refund will be issued immediately.

** REFUNDS **
If we are unable to carry out the work on your Unit because of our own hardware/software failure then a full refund is issued including postage, this is not the buyers fault and we do not expect you to loose out.

If however we are unable to carry out the work on your Unit due to the component being faulty or is deemed beyond repair after examination/testing, this is obviously no fault of our own and although we do not charge a fee for this we do not cover return postage, a refund is issued minus return postage.

PLEASE READ (IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE): In light of our First Negative Feedback which is completely un-just and has been reported to eBay: This disclosure is totally necessary and we assume you understand this before purchasing any of our services; all services we offer are more aimed at professional Auto Electricians that understand complex Vehicle Electrics and are able to Diagnose Electronic Components competently and correctly, this is not really a Service aimed at your 8-5 Fork Lift Driver who fancies his chances repairing his car at the weekend and blames everyone but himself when things go wrong. If you are not a professional then PLEASE bear in mind it may not actually be the the part you believe it to be at fault and you may actually be in exactly the same situation when we clone/repair it, this is not our fault and do not expect bad press for it. Once our service is carried out without issues we do not expect a message 2days later stating your car is exactly the same as before - you have not cured my problem! Please diagnose correctly or employ a professional if you are not competent, non-professionals buy this service with the intention to pay us for the hours spent working with your unit AND NOT give it a go; file a dispute if your diagnosis is wrong. Of course it goes without saying as always - if we are unable to carry out the work then a FULL REFUND is always issued immediately. We can offer you Sound Honest Advice; but please bear in mind we cannot diagnose a car over Email with a couple of Fault Codes, pay a professional if you are not prepared to have a gamble. BUY PURCHASING ANY OF OUR SERVICES YOU AGREE THE ABOVE STATEMENT HAS BEEN READ AND UNDERSTOOD.
