i usually wear a 42 or 44 and it is snug-ish on me with just a shirt. pics.
not for protection on a motorcycle though it is reflective. maybe for low speeds on your scoot around town.
more probably as an undercoat wind breaker/barrier..
could probably be treated with Nikwax or some such product and actually repel water effectively.
this is a very light jacket and makes an awesome windbreaker if you like its style.
the downers are pictured:
some light sun bleaching on back left shoulder that is hard to see except under certain lighting conditions.
4 or 5 very small pinkish dots on white arm section that did not come out in wash. dry cleaning..? mayhaps.
otherwise very clean and in excellent condition.
