Lieutenant-Colonel Thomas Edward Lawrence a.k.a. Lawrence of Arabia was a military genius who led an Arab revolt against the Turks in World War 1, and has a £1m bounty put on his head. But back in Britain after the war he vanished into obscurity until the Press uncovered the real identity of 352087 A/C Ross. Consequently, Lawrence was discharged from the R.A.F. This book is a semi-autobiographical account of his R.A.F training days with a note by his brother, A.W. Lawrence.
