New, in original packaging, vintage 1991.  However, it appears that the plastic has split on the back and has been taped.  It has not been opened, it is original plastic covering.  It MIGHT be missing the green trim for the ornament and the needle.  I don't know for sure as I'm not going to open the pack and take the contents out.  I don't see those 2 items though.  Sold as-is.  Please examine pics, they are part of the description.
