Agfa Leitz Rondinax 35 Daylight Developing Tank 35mm Complete boxed instructions

The Leitz branded version of these is a bit of a rarity nowadays. Develop films in daylight, without the need of a darkroom or a dark-bag. It also uses only 200ml of developer and fixed, instead of 300ml which you would use in a standard developing tank.

It is a genius idea. Instead of agitating the tank, the film is dragged through the liquid. This has the advantage of, firstly, not needing as much liquid and, secondly, removing the possibility of air-bubbles forming on the film surface, thus causing artefacts.

The instructions are in German but there are plenty of illustrations and there are tutorials on the internet. It's actually a very simple process and, if you struggle to load a standard spiral in the dark, here is the solution.

The box is original and in pretty decent condition for its age.

Please examine photos carefully - they form part of the item description.
