This is a pair of Zara red leggings in a size small.  They are a tighter fit, are a stretch material and have a zip at the end of each leg.  A high-rise they have a 10.5 inch rise and do up via a front zip and button.  The waist is 26 inches and the inside leg of 27.5 inches.

They are new with the tags still attached.
