Storm Collar for Twin Wall Flue System

Shieldmaster is a precision engineered, twin wall insulated flue system offering a complete range of components for every type of installation. Crafted with ease of use in mind, Shieldmaster utilises a secure push fit connection which when connected with the provided locking band, creates a sealed joint between all parts. Shieldmaster is CE certified, tested compliant to EN1856-1:2009, BS476-20 and fully HETAS approved.

The Storm Collar ensures an extra layer of protection against the ingress of rain water for internal twin wall flue systems at the point they pass through the roof. Sited just above the weather-proofing Flashing (sold separately), the Collar wraps around the flue, diverting the elements away from the system.

This Storm Collar is for insulated Twin Wall flue systems only and the Collar will measure 2” greater than the diameter chosen:

Components designed to secure around a Twin Wall flue pipe are sold by the internal diameter of the Twin Wall flue they are suitable for. For example, 5” Twin Wall flue has a 7” outer diameter and therefore, a 5” Twin Wall Storm Collar will measure 7”. This applies to Storm Collars, Brackets/Supports, Locking Bands and Plates.
