In the "Fair" range w/ water damage & apparent amateur restoration.  

INCOMPLETE - Centerfold missing

Outside covers got wet at some point, rusty staples.  Inside book okay.

Some color bleeding on splash page, but for most part the inside book is preserved. (see pictures)

Chip out FC, BC.  Pencil writing/scribbling FC. Tape inside front cover, tears appear to be sealed.
