Here on offer is a rare pair of antique Victorian gold plated pince nez dating to c1900.

This wonderful pair of pince nez has a bridge and frames made using a gold plated metal. There are pads that fit each side of the nose. The bridge is made using a spring mechanism to ensure a snug fit for the user. The lenses have a magnifying quality to them so will have been prescription lenses. There is an embossed mark on one of the lens frames. The pince nez are in excellent condition. The chain would most likely have once had a hook to wear over the ear.

The pince nez are being offered in good condition.

Rare to find the pince nez in such good condition, a great collectable.
