You're looking at an Atari 810 Floppy Disk Drive, in the original box.  It comes with the instruction manual and the power supply cord, and the cable that's used to connect it to the Atari 400 / 800 / XL / XE home computer.

I don't know if it works, because I don't have a way to test it, but it DOES power on and make noise and the light comes on if it's plugged in.

Box is somewhat dusty and has some wear, as shown.

The Atari items I'm selling are from a relative's estate, so I don't know very much about them, beyond that he was the original owner who purchased them in the early 80s. I believe it's been in storage for much of that time. I'm not an Atari expert, so PLEASE ask questions before purchase and I will try to answer them.
