We hope you enjoy our quirky store. We ship quickly from Santa Rosa area of Northern Ca and it gets quickly to SF which is a hub for the country and it starts it journey. That being said USPS has been finicky and some packages just take awhile regardless of when you send it. Also packages do get lost occasionally but in that case we can file a claim with USPS and you will get your money back. Just be sure you're using the correct address when you purchase as that is something we cannot change once you purchase.
