Tested working condition he was never displayed he is still attached to the insert his outfit shows some stains that can probably be wiped clean I took pictures of the stains u can determine the condition for yourself the figure is pictured with a train but all that is included is a cardboard fireplace that he is sitting on sometime the figure is different from the picture on the box either way what u see in the picture is what u get there is some staining on the plug cord also thank u for looking please check out my other auctions I only ship to the lower 48 states or local pickup no foreign orders .
